Our Heritage
In 1987, the Del Rosario family planted their first vine rows on this sun-drenched land outside Palisades, Washington. What began as a modest vineyard has grown into a beloved destination where wine, bakery, and grocery live as one.
Every loaf we bake, every bottle we pour, and every item on our shelves carries the same promise: nothing rushed, nothing artificial, nothing that wouldn't grace our own family table.
We still live here. We still make everything by hand. And we still open our doors to anyone who shares our love for what takes time.
The Bakery
Sourdough, country boules, and heritage grain loaves — all started from our own starter, fermented slowly, baked in our deck oven each morning.
Croissants, pain au chocolat, and seasonal tarts — laminated by hand, layered with care, and baked until every flake holds its place.
Order ahead for birthdays, anniversaries, or quiet Sundays that feel like celebrations. Every cake is made to order from our kitchen.
The Grocery
Our specialty grocery is an extension of the vineyard — things we would keep in our own home. Wines from our own rows and nearby producers, olive oils, vinegars, preserves, cheeses, and seasonal produce from local farms.
We select everything ourselves. If we wouldn't serve it to our guests, we don't stock it.
